No Certified Legal Intern or other Florida bar approval is needed to enroll.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This on-campus clinic works to halt environmental harm and injustice through litigation, democratic participatory processes, and broader advocacy. Clinic assignments involve litigation drafting and research, policy research, white papers and policy positions, and model legislation.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Students will have the opportunity to hone their oral advocacy skills by presenting to clients, assisting in interviewing and counseling, and presenting at conferences.
