Heller<\/i>, colloquium participants spent a day with Fish discussing competing views of law and rhetoric.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cStanley Fish is one of the most recognizable public intellectuals of our time,\u201d said Dr. Davis, who teaches and writes about legal rhetoric.\u00a0 \u201cIt was quite an honor to talk with him about the way the language of law operates to persuade.
