She joined Stetson in July 2014 from William &amp; Mary Law School, where she founded the nationally recognized Lewis B. Puller Jr. Veterans Benefits Clinic.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_16857\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-16857\" style=\"width: 200px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stetson.edu\/law\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Stacey-RaeSimcox_2014_WEB.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-16857 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stetson.edu\/law\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Stacey-RaeSimcox_2014_WEB-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"Professor Stacey-Rae Simcox.\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-16857\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Professor Stacey-Rae Simcox.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Professor Cynthia Batt, director of clinical education and associate director or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stetson.edu\/law\/veterans\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\">Stetson\u2019s Veterans Law Institute<\/a>, co-authored and authored\u00a0both the sixth and eighth most downloaded papers, \u201cIncorporating Experiential Education Throughout the Curriculum\u201d and \u00a0\u201cA Practice Continuum: Integrating Experiential Education into the Curriculum.\u201d Professor Batt\u2019s paper, \u201cDelivering Effective Education in Externship Programs (From Building on Best Practices),\u201d \u00a0is also listed on the SSRN Top Ten download list. In addition to directing clinical education at Stetson, Professor Batt teaches Professional Responsibility; Business Ethics; Law, Ethics and Film; and Interviewing, Counseling and Negotiation.
