Photo by Karun Rivero.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&#8220;You have to take an active role in your career\u2026 be assertive, don\u2019t be passive,&#8221; Cohen said of the\u00a0process and work required to become part of the sports industry.<\/p>\n<p>Cohen became general counsel for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2013. He previously\u00a0served as counsel for nine years for the Los Angeles Angels working in risk management.
