Tampa St.<\/p>\n<p>The program covers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>evaluating a potential claim;<\/li>\n<li>points for discovery;<\/li>\n<li>methods of proof;<\/li>\n<li>at trial: questions for direct and cross;<\/li>\n<li>and from translation after the liability portion of the closing to making persuasive arguments that are most likely to get the jury to do right by your client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CLE application has been made to the Florida Bar for 3.5 General CLE credits.
