Clients displaced, legal records destroyed and prisoners evacuated in the storm disappeared.&#8221; Professor Beane said. &#8220;What can this disaster teach us and how might Florida prepare for a disaster of this caliber?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Speakers included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eddie Jordan District Attorney for Orleans Parish and former U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana<\/li>\n<li>Phyllis E.
