Welch, and Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8220;This forum will provide community members with the opportunity to learn about legislative and potential constitutional changes to Florida law that will impact young people at risk of being captured by the criminal punishment system,&#8221; said Professor Scully. \u00a0&#8220;We will also discuss programs and resources available to children in the system.
