Due Process and the College Court Novation,\u201d \u201cLitigation &amp; Risk Management Update in Higher Education\u201d including a Supreme Court update.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Conference attendees may register separately for the daylong Title IX Investigator Training Certificate Course, on Jan. 31, 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cThe release of new proposed regulations \u00a0is a landmark moment in Title IX regulatory enforcement, with complex ramifications for colleges that seek to come into and stay in compliance with Title IX mandates,\u201d said conference chair and Center for Excellence in Higher Education Law and Policy director Peter Lake.
