The statewide average was 71.6 percent. This marked Stetson\u2019s best pass rate for first-time takers since July 2016.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe are thankful for the entire College of Law community\u00a0who provided\u00a0a myriad of support to our bar takers,\u201d said Dean Mich\u00e8le Alexandre.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stetson Law placed fourth among Florida law schools for the percent of graduates passing the exam on their first try, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.floridasupremecourt.org\/content\/download\/788827\/file\/09-20-2021-FBBE-Full-Press-Release.pdf\">Florida Board of Bar Examiners<\/a>. Bar takers were still riding the tumultuous waves of pandemic-induced changes with this summer\u2019s test, which was held remotely instead of the traditional in-person event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe are committed to ensuring every Stetson Law student has a strong foundation upon which to prepare for and pass the bar,\u201d Alexandre said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stetson University College of Law\u2019s first-time bar takers passed the July 2021 Florida Bar examination at the rate of 78.8 percent.
