Kirke Stillinge Breddysse (Burial Dolmens), near Slagelse, Sjaelland, Denmark
Two dolmens sit on a mound in a farmyard near the village of Kirke-Stillinge near Slagelse in Zeeland, Denmark. 55 N 25′ 975″, 11 E 13′ 817″, at an elevation of 38 feet. The dolmens are inscribed with over 20 cupmarks and 2 boats. Scholars believe the drawings were inscribed in the period 1700-1000 B.C.E. The site has an orientation east/west, while the second dolmen is oriented 130 degrees S.E., possibly toward sunrise on winter solstice. Royal Danish marker number MS 1888.
