Course

Practical Agile Methods

 For Small Businesses and Manufacturing

About This Course

Organizations today are trying to find ways to get products to market faster or to deliver more incrementally rather than wait for a “big bang” deliverable.  A traditional waterfall process generally requires a longer lead time from ideation to delivery of a product vs a more iterative or “agile” approach.   Agile processes ensure working iterations are delivered quickly with high quality.  It is no longer just for technology.  Agile processes have been able to be applied to a variety of product and “service” organizations.

Any organization wishing to respond to client needs faster may want to explore incorporating agile methods in their organization.

Those that attend this course will experience:

  • Higher quality iterations
  • On-time delivery of products
  • Quicker speed to market with new products
