CONGREGATION OF EVANGELICAL CHRISTIANS OF YALTA FINED 30,000 RUBLES
On 14 September, a magistrate court of judicial section No. 99 of the Yalta judicial district ruled to find the local religious organization "Christians of Evangelical Faith of the city of Yalta" guilty of committing an administrative violation of law identified in part 3 of article 5.26 of the Code of Administrative Violations of Law of the R.F.
According to information of the judicial affidavit, a representative of the congregation acknowledged guilt and explained that the legal address of the religious organization is also simultaneously the address of his place of residence and that he did not know about the necessity of indicating the presence of the religious organization at this address.
The court ruled to fine the congregation 30,000 rubles. (tr. by PDS, posted 7 October 2021)
