PRIMATE OF P.Ts.U. MEETS WITH MAYOR OF KYIV VITALY KLICHKO

On 14 March 2022, His Beatitude Metropolitan of Kiev and all-Ukraine Epifany met with the head of the city of Kyiv, Vitaly Klichko.
The primate of the local Orthodox Church of Ukraine discussed with the head of the capital issues of defense against the criminal Russian invasion and of the humanitarian situation in the city.
"I am convinced that by the prayers of the Holy Archangel Michael, Kyiv is under spiritual care. Today all Kyivans are praying, asking God for help, and the Lord will certainly protect our glorious capital, the city of Kyiv. Together we will continue to resist the enemy and victory will certainly be on our side. Therefore may the Lord bless each Kyivan today with protection, and grant strength, health, and inspiration to continue to withstand the challenges of the fate that has befallen us," His Beatitude noted, in particular.
