Stetson’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program, has become an annual tradition. With the invaluable sponsorship of the United Way of Volusia-Flagler Counties and the exceptional coordination led by Marianne Blair, our Instructor of Accounting, this year’s program has surpassed all expectations.
Together with the outstanding contributions of Maria Rickling, Associate Professor of Accounting, Bonnie Holloway, Adjunct Instructor of Accounting, and Ken Najour, Assistant Professor of Practice in Accounting, they coordinated 26 student volunteers who committed their time and efforts to this program.
Thanks to the collective efforts of the team, the VITA Program has processed an outstanding total of 291 returns. This accomplishment is a testament to the hard work, professionalism, and dedication demonstrated by everyone involved.
