Organizations today are trying to find ways to get products to market faster or to deliver more incrementally rather than wait for a “big bang” deliverable.  A traditional waterfall process generally requires a longer lead time from ideation to delivery of a product vs a more iterative or “agile” approach.   Agile processes ensure working iterations are delivered quickly with high quality.  It is no longer just for technology.  Agile processes have been able to be applied to a variety of product and “service” organizations.

Any organization wishing to respond to client needs faster may want to explore incorporating agile methods in their organization.

Who's It For

The workshop is intended for project managers, project team members, business analysts, technical specialists, and other project stakeholders who would like to refresh their skills, broaden their understanding, or learn some new approaches. It was created to help project participants (particularly in the small business and manufacturing communities) reach the next level of proficiency and is appropriate for those with some project management experience and /or minimal project management training.
