The Sport Business Program recently had the opportunity to host three\u00a0 industry leaders, each leaving an indelible mark on our students and faculty.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alan Gooch, CEO of the Orlando Sports Foundation,\u00a0 imparted invaluable insights into the mission of the Cure Bowl and the foundation\u2019s endeavors in fighting cancer through live events. His comprehensive overview of running a college football bowl game provided students with firsthand industry knowledge, leaving them motivated and enlightened.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gerard D\u2019Ambrosio III, Manager of Ticket Sales at Inter Miami CF, engaged the students with his expertise and thoughtful advice. His visit showcased the strong partnership between Stetson and Inter Miami CF, emphasizing a shared commitment to nurturing future leaders in the sports industry. Through meaningful interactions and discussions on passion and purpose, D\u2019Ambrosio inspired students to pursue their goals with fervor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jon Reaves of Orlando City Soccer Club delivered a master class in sponsorship, sales, and media\/branding strategy. Drawing upon his wealth of career experience, Reaves provided students with a glimpse into what it takes to succeed in the competitive sports industry, leaving them eager to apply his insights to their future endeavors.<\/span><\/p>\n
