Stetson University\u2019s Business Ethics Case Competition Team (BECCC Team) achieved a groundbreaking feat at the International Business Ethics Case Competition (IBECC) in Boston, Massachusetts. Competing against top undergraduate teams, team members Sadie Jensen, Bella Degenhardt, John Owen, and Emma E. Smith, secured four first-place trophies, a historic accomplishment in the event\u2019s 27-year history.<\/p>\n

In addition to winning first place in various presentation categories, the team excelled in analyzing complex ethical dilemmas, exemplified by their case presentation titled \u201cFighting the Scourge of Fentanyl: Tough Love or Harm Reduction?\u201d Under the mentorship of Professors John Tichenor and Jim Beasley, the Stetson BECC Team showcased exceptional analytical skills and presentation talents, receiving accolades from judges and reinforcing Stetson\u2019s commitment to ethical leadership and academic excellence.<\/p>\n
