  • The Aug. 26 USA Today, The Tampa Tribune and other outlets quote Law Professor Charles Rose in the article, “Military involvement called into question in court case.” The Aug. 26 10 news story “Why were service members targeted in local sex stings?” also quotes Professor Rose.
