The Right to a Clean and Healthy Environment Amendment, authored by Stetson professors Lance Long and Clay Henderson, was being debated by the Florida Constitution Commission in Tallahassee this week, according to the Dec. 11 Daytona Beach News-Journal.

  • K.C. Ma, Ph.D., professor of finance at Stetson, was quoted in the article, “Major Investment Scams Every Investor Must Know How to Spot.” Ma said, “Investors should realize that stock prices cannot be talked up or talked down, reacting to unverified information only helps the buyers of worthless stocks,” posted by TheStreet Dec. 9.
