• Professor of Biology Terence Farrell, PhD, was mentioned in the UF College of Veterinary Medicine article, “UF study: Rat lungworm parasite has spread to Cuban treefrogs in Florida,” on Feb. 7. Farrell assisted with a study on a deadly rat lungworm parasite. News stories about the study have appeared in various media outlets, including Newsweek magazine.

• Stetson’s School of Business Administration was featured in a Spectrum News 13 segment covering the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. The program, which connects families and individuals who need tax help with Stetson business students, has been in progress for over a decade.
