Built in 1892, Chaudoin Hall is the oldest residential living and learning facility on Stetson’s DeLand campus. Named for W.N. Chaudoin, an early member of the university’s Board of Trustees, Chaudoin Hall is Stetson’s only all-female residential facility.

Hugely popular through the decades with students, the time came for a massive renovation. And it happened — from enhancements to increase comfort and safety to the addition of energy-efficient insulation, new HVAC and fire sprinkler systems, accessibility ramps and much more. The renovation work began in early 2023 and was completed this fall. Plus, an elevator is coming this winter.
