ORTHODOX BONDS: COSSACKS PLUNDER CHURCH IN DONBASS AND COOK DINNER ON BIBLES
In Krasnyi Luch of Luhansk province, cossacks ransacked a protestant church and set fire to the church's library.
This was described on Facebook by Andrei Bondarenko, Apostrof reports. "A part of our large library was destroyed, and in the yard the Cossacks cooked lunch for themselves over a fire of New Testaments," he wrote.
The cossacks also removed most of the doors and several windows.
"Kitchen equipment, pots, and so forth were
looted. The heating system was completely destroyed, including a
large boiler. The plumbing system was destroyed and toilets and
basins were stolen from the rest rooms. Ceiling, floors, and walls
were damaged, sockets and switches were damaged and light bulbs
were unscrewed," Bondarenko noted. (tr. by PDS, posted 19 November
