The "Union of World Brotherhood" is a sect from Turkey. It is forbidden in many countries of the world. Allegedly this teaching was "dropped off" in Russia by tourists. Devotees encourage people to commit suicide. (tr. by PDS, posted 19 December 2017)
FANATIC SECTARIANS ENCOURAGE SOUTH URALIANS TO MASS SUICIDE
UralDaily.ru, 20 February 2017
The Chelyabinsk diocese warned its flock about the penetration into the South Ural area of a destructive cult of suicide from Turkey.
The Evangelism Department of the Chelyabinsk diocese is distributing information about the spread of a dangerous Turkish destructive cult, "Union of World Brotherhood," apparently dropped off in Russia by tourists vacationing in popular and cheap Turkish resorts.
The "Union of World Brotherhood" is not a Muslim sect, despite the fact that its creator, the almost 90-year-old Turk Vedya Biulent Osnyu Chorak, considers herself to be the reincarnation of Jelalatdin Ruma, the founder of the "Mevlevi" order of dervishes. (tr. by PDS, posted 19 December 2017)
