And while you probably don’t have the luxury of hiring certified project managers to take some of this responsibility off your plate, there are some proven processes that will help you get more accomplished – on time and on budget. By understanding the basic principles of project management, this course geared towards small business owners will provide you with a plan for organized, efficient success.

In the course, we’ll cover each of the five keys in the proven project management process, their importance, and strategies to change behavior to experience project success. Additionally, this course introduces the participant to the globally accepted project management framework and can be built upon through deeper learning to support the achievement of project management professional (PMP) credentials.Â

This course is designed to be presented in a blended learning format with a combination of three, 2.5-hour virtual live instructor-led sessions, at-home assignments, and two in-person instructor-led workshops on the Stetson campus.
