LEADForwardSM Roundtables are transformative, year-long, peer support groups led by Accendo coaches, who are accomplished C-suite female leaders and certified executive coaches.
Each cohort includes up to 13 women who meet nine times over the course of the year for half-day, themed sessions. Participants will also receive two individual one-hour video conference coaching sessions.
During the group meetings, every member gets their turn in the Feed Forward Opportunity Seat. The “Seat” is a positive way for each member to maximize and leverage the collective wisdom of the group to help solve a pressing issue.

Leading Through Self-Discovery and Personal Vision
Do you know who you are as a leader? Where your talents lie? Or how to leverage your strengths to achieve your goals? You will create a Personal Vision Statement for your life and leadership that you will utilize throughout your professional development journey.
Leading with Emotional Intelligence
Are you able to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways? We focus on the importance of Emotional Intelligence, which is recognizing emotions in ourselves and others, and how to master those emotions. It can be the differentiating factor between great and average leaders!
Accelerating Your Career
Are you ready to unleash your full potential? In this session, we’ll discuss the four building blocks to accelerate your career. You’ll learn the importance of: 1) Building an Influential Professional Network, 2) Creating a Road Map to progress your career, 3) Leveraging Mentors to skill you up, and 4) Obtaining Sponsors that will promote your brand even when you’re not in the room.
Communicating with Confidence, Presence and Authority
Have you had trouble being heard at work? How would you rate your confidence vs. competence? Are you comfortable accepting credit? Do you speak clearly and directly, eliminating language that weakens you? Men and women are wired differently. Learn techniques to boost your confidence and presence, and help you present yourself with more power and authority.
Leading and Coaching to Ignite and Engage People
Are you a leader that engages and inspires others? It’s as simple as “Know Me. Love Me. Guide Me.”…our methodology for employee engagement that works! You will also master a coaching model that will take your team to the top.
Discover Your Superpowers
We all have Superpowers, those intrinsic qualities you possess that provide tremendous value, yet all too often high achievers are focused on what you want next and can lose sight of what you’ve accomplished and how others view you. This session will be an opportunity for you to leverage your connections across the group and hold up a mirror for each other to surface your superpowers.
Negotiating to Get What You Want
Only 7% of women negotiate compared to 57% of men! Why are we so hesitant to ask for what we deserve? Learn some of the common mistakes that women make when engaging in negotiations and gain the tools needed to successfully get what you want!
Practicing Balance and Renewal
Are you finding it difficult to keep all the balls in the air? Close to burnout? Learn techniques to help you practice mindfulness, recognize wake up calls, and integrate renewal so you can be the balanced leader people want to follow.
Leadership Simulation and Celebration
This brings it all together in a simulated “Day in the Life of a Leader.” Apply and practice all the techniques and tools learned over the course of the year. Most importantly, celebrate your success!
