Orlando Sentinel May 2006 Professor Roberta Flowers

Professor Roberta Flowers spoke with Josh Robbins at the Orlando Sentinel to outline what factors prosecutors consider when deciding on perjury charges. Robbins piece is about why a grand jury is looking into whether baseball great Barry Bonds committed perjury when he testified in the BALCO case linking famous athletes to illegal steroid use. Bonds denied knowingly using steroids although his trainer pled guilty to distribution charges.
