ABC Action News July 2006 Professor Jay Wolfson

Professor Jay Wolfson has agreed to speak with ABC Action News reporter Matthew Schwartz tomorrow to clarify the legal definition of “disabled” for a piece about a woman who was molested under anesthesia while having plastic surgery. Her lawyers are claiming she was disabled at the time the violation took place. The piece should run as a special investigation Sunday night on ABC 28.
