Tampa Tribune August 2006 Professor Robert Batey

Professor Robert Batey spoke with Todd Leskanic at the Tampa Tribune about a case involving a man who killed someone outside a convenient store and received life imprisonment. The victim’s family subsequently sued the owners of the onvenient store, and the case was thrown out of court by the judge.
