Convicting Guards Won’t Be Easy

Professor Robert Batey spoke with Abbie Vansickle at the St. Petersburg Times for a story that appeared in the Lakeland Ledger regarding the Martin Lee Anderson case and large law enforcement bust. Anderson was the teen who died at boot camp. Eight people, including seven guards and a nurse, have been charged with aggravated manslaughter of a child, punishable for 30 years.
