Professor Robert Batey spoke with Todd Leskanic at the Tampa Tribune in Pasco regarding a judge in dade City who held an attorney in contempt because he didn’t show up for court or file on time in a criminal case. The attorney was required to do 200 hours of community service and write an essay.
