Rebecca Morgan, Boston Asset Management Faculty Chair in Elder Law at Stetson University College of Law, has been chosen to receive the prestigious 2006 Rosalie Wolf Memorial Elder Abuse Prevention Award by the National Committee for the Prevention of Elder Abuse. The child, now a young teen, has just died. The coroner has ruled his death resulted from those injuries. The prosecutor wants to try the parent on homicide charges.
