The jury suggested life in prison for the third man convicted in this crime.

Professor Roberta Flowers agreed to talk with St. Petersburg Times reporter Chris Tisch regarding some specific financial guidelines outlined for lawyers, trust account requirements, and standards required of attorneys. Tisch is researching the potential of doing a story about a lawyer who has no trust account who is a candidate for a judicial position.

Professor James Fox spoke with Tampa Bay's 10 on campus this afternoon regarding the likelihood of a federal appeal in the "pat down" suit against the Tampa Bay Bucs. A federal judge Friday upheld a ban on security pat-downs outside Raymond James Stadium before Tampa Bay Buccaneers games, ruling the practice violates the constitutional rights of fans. The piece airs on Channel 10 at 6 p.m. this evening.
