Vandeplas Publishing has published Dean Jacobs’s book, “Remembering a Great Lawyer: Harold L. “Tom” Sebring,” which concerns our former Dean who also served as Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court (among other things). The book is based on a law-review article published in 2000 by the Stetson Law Review.
