Orlando Sentinel May 2007 Professor Charles Rose

Professor Charles Rose spoke with the Orlando Sentinel regarding a case involving two 10-year olds and a 17-year old who beat a homeless veteran. One 10-year old was found guilty of felony aggravated battery for beating and stoning the man, who suffered injuries including a broken nose and eye socket.
