Tim gave a presentation on Friday at the conference titled “Managing Law Schools in a Complex Legal Environment: Fundamentals of Risk Management and Legal Compliance.” The conference was held at the Tampa Law Center on June 15-16, and was sponsored by the Center for Excellence in Higher Education Law and Policy. Tim's topic was "Managing the Risks Associated with Study and Travel Abroad."

Catherine and Jeff have been invited to present "Bridging the Gap: Designing a Class that Helps Students Transition from Legal Writing Assignments to Writing for Final Exams" at the Southeastern Legal Writing Conference in September.

Kate's paper, "Gay Marriage in Rhode Island: A Big Issue for a Small State," was recently listed on SSRN's Top Ten download list for "LSPLCL: State Constitutional Issues".

Kate has been invited to present "Generations X and Y Take Legal Writing: Practical Strategies for Classroom Management" at the Southeast Legal Writing Conference in September. She also has been invited to give this presentation at the University of California, Davis, on August 7.
