Bradenton Herald July 2007 Professor Charles Rose

Professor Rose agreed to speak with Natalie Alund at the Bradenton Herald this afternoon about a story about a wrongful death. The 2DCA reversed an appealed conviction late last week in a case in which a wife was arrested for battery on a police officer after she went to the aid of her husband, who was shot by the officer who was not authorized to be in the home.
