Professor Roberta Flowers spoke with Jason Geary, court reporter for the Lakeland Ledger, about a murder case involving a man once on death row for the 1994 murder of a prominent Bartow citrus grower. In July 2008, all charges against the accused, Darryl Earl Moody, were dropped.
