Ellen Podgor
At the AALS meeting in New Orleans last week, Professor Podgor spoke on “Criminal Causes of the Economic Recession” for the Section on Socio-Economics and on “The Transformative Effect of International Initiatives on Lawyer Practice and Regulation: A Case Study Focusing on FATF and its 2008 Lawyer Guidance” for the Section on Professional Responsibility. She also continues to serve on the Executive Committee for the AALS Criminal Justice Section.
