On February 5, Professor Morgan presented her recent law review article “The New Importance of Advance Directives” at a CLE hosted by the Estate Planning & Community Property L.J. @ Texas Tech in Lubbock.
On February 12, Professors Morgan and Mary Alice Jackson presented a luncheon session at the University of Texas Annual Special Needs Trust CLE in Austin.
On February 18, Professor Morgan spoke about Elder Rights and Elder Justice as part of the Administration on Aging’s regional listening session on the 2011 reauthorization of the Older Americans Act.
