Jason Palmer

Professor Palmer presented his paper “The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities: Will Ratification Lead to Post-Secondary Education for Persons with Disabilities?” as part of a New Scholars Workshop at the Southeastern Association of Law Schools (SEALS) conference in Hilton Head, S.C. He also was named to the International Committee for the 2012 conference.
