Candace Zierdt

Professor Zierdt delivered a presentation on recent Magnuson Moss cases and their intersection with UCC Article Two at the Business Law Section meeting of the the American Bar Association Annual Meeting in Toronto. She also chaired the UCC Article Two, Sale of Goods subcommittee.
