Professor Podgor published the foreword for the recent symposium issue of the Journal of Law, Economics & Policy at George Mason University School of Law (Vol. 7, Issue 4), Overcriminalization 2.0: Developing Consensus Solutions. Professor Podgor was a co-organizer of the conference and symposium.
