Professor Luz Nagle recently co-chaired two panels at the International Bar Association’s 2011 Annual Meeting in Dubai: “The Impact of the Global Economic Meltdown on the Modern Welfare State” and “New Rights and Reversals: The Development of Legal Frameworks to Include and Exclude Participation of Vulnerable Groups.”
