Ellen Podgor

Professor Podgor recently gave an opening talk at the Symposium on Overcriminalization sponsored by the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology at the Northwestern University School of Law. Professor Podgor also recently published the Introduction to the symposium on Corporate Criminal Liability in Volume 41 of the Stetson Law Review.
