Ciara Torres-Spelliscy

Professor Ciara Torres-Spelliscy addressed the Honorable James R. Browning Symposium on Election Law on September 28, 2012 at the University of Montana Law School. She spoke about ways to address the Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision through corporate law and federal rule making at the SEC, FEC and FCC.
