Lou Virelli

Professor Lou Virelli participated in a program called New Voices in Administrative Law at the 2013 AALS Annual Conference, where he presented his paper titled Deconstructing Arbitrary and Capricious Review. Professor Virelli was also elected to the Executive Committee of the Constitutional Law Section.
