Ciara Torres-Spelliscy

Professor Ciara Torres-Spelliscy presented on a panel at the Federal Courts Law Review’s Annual Symposium on Election Law in the Federal Courts at Charleston Law School. She presented her forthcoming Montana Law Review article, “Taking Opt-In Rights Seriously. What Knox v. SEIU Could Mean for Post-Citizens United Shareholder Rights.”
