The Clam Bayou Estuary of Boca Ciega Bay includes several native environments that provide habitat and food to a variety of species including fiddler crabs, clams, wading birds, dolphins and manatees.

Many students also attended Dr. Sapp’s lunchtime presentation at the Great Hall. Dr. Sapp holds the Hal S. Marchman Chair of Civic and Social Responsibility in Stetson’s College of Arts and Sciences in DeLand.

The Rev. Vincent Pizzuto, Ph.D., visited Stetson University’s DeLand campus to deliver the Values Day keynote address.
