Ciara Torres-Spelliscy

Professor Ciara Torres-Spelliscy addressed the Harvard Club of Sarasota on December 12, 2014. Her talk was entitled “Money in Politics after Citizens United” and included a discussion of current campaign finance jurisprudence surrounding pay to play, the regulation of corporate political spending and transparency, as well as updates on reform efforts at the FCC, FEC, SEC and IRS.
