Roy Gardner

Stetson University College of Law Professor and Institute for Biodiversity Law and Policy Director Royal C. Gardner has been reappointed chair of the North American Scientific and Technical Review Panel of the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands. Professor Gardner is a leading international authority on the impact of wetlands destruction on global ecosystems.
